Siracusa is one of the most important cultural centers of Magna Grecia. The most important testimonies are preserved in the Archaeological Park of Neapolis with the majestic Greek Theater of the 5th century BC, "the Quarry of Paradise", "the Ear of Dionysius", the Altar of Hieron II, the Roman Amphitheater. After visiting the park, we will move to the Island of Ortigia, the heart of Siracusa.
Our itinerary includes: the famous Temple of Apollo, the magnificent Cathedral in one of the most beautiful baroque squares in Italy, the St. Lucy Church alla Badia and the Maniace Castle. The tour ends with the legend of Nymph Arethusa in the most romantic place of the island and a spectacular view of the Bay of Siracusa.
